I'm thinking coneflower (echinacea). They open up a lot like that, with the petals curled up individually and they come in that purple. But the blue center, i dunno. I could only find one that looked like it online and they described it as a "daisy"... pretty weak.

Echinacea... Wow. That's an amazing looking flower.
